Tortang Dulong Recipe. In a frying pan pour 12 cup of the Dulong mixture and fry 2 minutes on each side. Add the Dulong mix slightly.
2 pieces red chillies. So this is the batter mixture inspired by the recipe of my super idol virtual cooking mentor Chef Vanjo of Panlasang Pinoy. Add dulong silverfish then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Continue the process until all the mixture has been cooked.
Combine dulong red onion rice flour garlic powder salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan. 2 cups dulong silver fish. 2 tablespoons spring onions.
