French tarragon this is the one we cook with. Its versatility is very similar to that of tarragon allowing it to be used for anything from dressings to meat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Rub full amount all over steaks before grilling.
10 fresh tarragon leaves or 12 teaspoon dried tarragon. Add stock mustard and tarragon. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the tarragon and cream. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
