Mutton Biryani. A must try recipe which can be served for weekend special dinners and parties. Cover and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistle till mutton is done.
In an oven proof pot layer the Mutton Biryani. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker or heavy bottom pan and add the whole spices. Now add in rice coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.
Then in a large pot add enough water bay leaves cinnamon sticks shajeera or cumin seeds cloves.
Fry on high heat for around 12 mins till the onions. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker or heavy bottom pan and add the whole spices. Repeat the process with the final layer. Take mutton and add ingredients and mix well.
