Kongunadu Chicken Curry. Cut and clean the chicken to bite sized pieces and add 1tsp of gingergarlic paste and turmeric powder12 tsp of salt and mix it well. Add red chilli and saute it well.
Add coriander powder and saute it well in low flame. Meanwhile in a teaspoon oil saute the given ingredients under saute and grind except coriander powder for a couple of minutes and put off the heat. Kongunadu Chicken Curry.
Grind this to a fine paste and keep it ready.
I already made this with chicken and posted the recipe Chicken Kongunadu kurma. In this delicious recipe we have made a base of whole spices and onions cooked with marinated chicken. Keep it aside. Add homemade chicken masala and fry for 2-3 min in low flame.
