Global meat processing company JBS Foods has confirmed that it paid the equivalent of US11 million 142 million to a criminal gang to end a five-day cyber attack that halted its operations. Little is known about the attack other than all of the companys information technology systems were affected and workers arriving this morning were told facilities would be unable to operate.
