Bison Brisket Recipe. Using a rectangle cake pan layout the buffalo brisket then add water so the water covers the pan about 14 inch and touches the brisket but does not flood over them. Make sure your pan just fits the brisket.
Place butter on top of brisket. Combine both seasoning mixes into a bowl. Bake at 300 degrees for 6 hours.

Put on lid and cook at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours. Coat the brisket on all sides with seasonings. Remove from oven and let sit at least half an hour before slicing. Cow brisket tends to be dry if not smoked right so bison brisket would probably be even worse in this regard.
